涂鴉·街畫藝術(shù),，作為現(xiàn)代城市文化“在地發(fā)生”的窺視鏡，于上世紀(jì)六十年代初起源于美國(guó),。一群紐約青年用隨性的繪畫方式重構(gòu)世俗文化的碎片,，打造社會(huì)自由的秩序。它背負(fù)這些青年對(duì)社會(huì)的構(gòu)想：不羈,、無(wú)界和瘋狂,。

20世紀(jì)80年代，其藝術(shù)本體,，以一種先鋒藝術(shù)的形態(tài),，披上了商業(yè)化和市場(chǎng)化的外衣，滲透到世界各個(gè)地區(qū),、各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,，成為一種潮流時(shí)代的精神美學(xué)產(chǎn)物。其中,，涂鴉·街畫藝術(shù)憑著獨(dú)特的視覺符號(hào)與藝術(shù)價(jià)值在公共藝術(shù)空間中占據(jù)著一席之地,。

而作為全國(guó)首個(gè)由78個(gè)集裝箱組成的西財(cái)天府學(xué)院美術(shù)館將延續(xù)這種獨(dú)特的藝術(shù)視覺，在2021年10月15日,，舉辦“天府藝術(shù)季②——天府國(guó)際涂鴉·街畫大賽”,。本賽事主要致力于探究涂鴉·街畫文化在城鄉(xiāng)社區(qū)居住環(huán)境的美化功能，加強(qiáng)城市視覺文化表達(dá)的研究,，提升城市形象,，普及大眾對(duì)涂鴉·街畫藝術(shù)的審美認(rèn)知。

Graffiti and Street painting, as a sight glass of modern urban culture, is originated in the United States in the early 1960s. A group of young New Yorkers reconstructed fragments of secular culture and recreated social order of freedom with casual painting. It reflects the young people's vision of society: unruly, unbounded and crazy.

In the 1980s, its artistic ontology, being a form of avant-garde art, was coated with commercialization and marketization, penetrating into all fields all over the world, and becoming the spiritual aesthetic product of the era. Graffiti and Street painting, particularly, occupies a place with its unique visual symbols and artistic value in public art space.

As the country's first gallery constructed by 78 containers, Tianfu College Art Gallery will continue this unique artistic vision, Therefore, on October 15, 2021, the Tianfu Art Season ② - Tianfu International Graffiti Street and Painting Competition will be held. This event is mainly devoted to exploring the beautification function of graffiti culture in urban and rural communities, to strengthening the study of urban visual and cultural expression, to enhancing the image of the city, and to popularizing the public's aesthetic understanding of graffiti and Street painting.

天府學(xué)院美術(shù)館坐落于西財(cái)天府學(xué)院成都校區(qū)(東區(qū))，是一個(gè)由 78 個(gè)集裝箱構(gòu)建而成的美術(shù)館,。此次天府國(guó)際涂鴉·街畫大賽創(chuàng)作以集裝箱外墻面為基點(diǎn),，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)創(chuàng)作展示墻面約為 400m²，每位藝術(shù)家在地創(chuàng)作不低于 15 m²,。

Make friends with graffiti and street art masters from all over the country and around the world, and take a bucket of oil paint and a can of spray paint with them to blow up the walls!

Tianfu College Art Gallery, located in Chengdu campus of Tianfu College of SWUFE(East District), is an art museum made up of 78 containers. 

Tianfu International Graffiti and Street Painting Competition uses container façade (about 400 m²) as the painting wall, and eachartist are required to create their art piece no less than 15 m².

面向全國(guó)(大陸及臺(tái)灣,、香港、澳門地區(qū))及海外,，從事涂鴉·街畫創(chuàng)作的藝術(shù)家,。

注:入圍藝術(shù)家需保證 2021 年 10 月 9 日—2021 年 10 月 15 日期間能夠親臨天府學(xué)院美術(shù)館,，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)完成作品,。

This competition invites graffiti and street painting artists from all over the country (including the mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao region) and overseas.

NB: You should ensure that you can come on site between 10.9 and 10.15 in Tianfu College Art Gallery to complete your work.

Step 1  關(guān)注“天府學(xué)院美術(shù)館”微信公眾號(hào),，輸入“報(bào)名表”后將收到《天府國(guó)際涂鴉·街畫大賽報(bào)名表》表格;

Step 2  將創(chuàng)意初稿(JPG 格式，分辨率 300 像素/英寸以上)與報(bào)名表發(fā)送至天府學(xué)院美術(shù)館評(píng)委會(huì)郵箱 [email protected],。

注:郵件主題格式:【天府國(guó)際涂鴉·街畫大賽報(bào)名 + 姓名】要求投稿作品在實(shí)地繪制不小于 15 m²,，所有繪制材料由主辦方提供。郵件正文:稿件名稱,、作品呈現(xiàn)效果,、參賽者姓名、參賽者照片,，并在正文中闡釋創(chuàng)意思路,。(300 字以內(nèi))
